A holistic educational workshop for women of all ages ...incorporating Qigong and herbal wisdom

• Learn simple Qigong movements to balance hormones and release blocked energy.


• Massage techniques, sound vibration and meditation will also be taught..


• Learn about nutrition, supplements, herbs, flower essences and essential oils which have been traditionally used for breasts as well as incorporated into integrative therapies for various conditions including: PMS, fibrocystic breasts, calcifications, mastitis, and lymphedema.


• Bring home your own customized herbal breast massage oil.
